Owner, Director, Instructor, & Coach

Dance has been my life since I could walk. I started ballet at 4 years old and instantly fell in love with the art. I always dreamed of one day dancing as the Sugar Plum Fairy and, eventually, owning my own studio. I poured my heart into dance, training relentlessly in and out of the studio. Growing up in a small studio, I was given invaluable opportunities to perform and participate in summer intensives with the BYU Theater Ballet and the Joffrey Ballet School.

Over the years, I was fortunate to dance some of my dream roles: The Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, Kitri in Don Quixote, Giselle in Giselle, Aurora in The Sleeping Beauty, Swanhilda in Coppélia, and Odette/Odile in Swan Lake. But what truly captured my heart was sharing my passion for dance with others—helping students grasp complex techniques and make them their own.

My personal journey as a dancer wasn’t without challenges. I struggled to connect with my body, to understand how to use my muscles to move with grace and precision. But through perseverance, I learned how to combine anatomy with movement to overcome these obstacles. By the time I was 15, I began teaching, aiming to guide my students without the years of struggle I had endured.

Now, with 20 years of dance experience, having married my dance partner, and with two beautiful children of my own, I continue to grow. I’ve taught at various studios and privately, and I am proud to be a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist through ISSA. My love for helping others reach their personal and physical goals has only deepened.

I’m thrilled to begin this new chapter with Elevé Dance & Wellness Studio, where I will guide dancers to not only reach their fullest potential on stage but also in life. I can’t wait to work with you and help you become the best version of yourself!
